Products
Products that are offered on the front end web site are created and modified in this section. Get access to the online designer in admin mode to configure customizable products, define categories, tags, colors and fonts as well as perform price mapping, related products, uploaded thumbnails, SEO and more.
Storefront
The Storefront set-up process demonstrated in the PrintNow application is quick and easy to administrate and is designed to be straightforward for system administrators. With PrintNow you can deploy multiple Storefronts and they are independently accessed and configured in this section. Define Storefront payment options, shipping, user groups, and merchant accounts. The CMS (content management system) in PrintNow allows you full WYSIWYG control across all new or existing PrintNow pages in the system.
Users
The Users section is for managing all current or new user profiles in the system. Change user roles, send messages to users and manage user's images.
Orders
Provides quick access to all orders placed within corporate and retail Storefronts. Filter orders by Start and End Date, Sales Rep, Order Number, Storefront, Customer Details, Order Date, Total, Status and Alerts. Maintains order history details for internal notes or customer and vendor notifications and allows custom tracking information by departmental status. Admin can modify documents and approvals prior to re-merging and downloading print ready documents.
Pricing
Base price combines quantity, colors, turnaround time, fixed sizes as well as custom sizing pricing for all products offered in the Storefront. Base price is mapped to order options for configuring any additional options like paper, coating, perforation, binding, proofing, etc. Order Options can be set as a per item, flat or percentage charge. Promotional Codes can be set for a discount amount by Monetary Value or Percentage. Usage Limit, Minimum Sub Total and Expiration come standard.
Reporting
Allows viewing and exporting of the following reports: Sales Report, Customer Login Report, Customer Projects, Customer List, Shipping, and Tax Report. Users can export report as PDF, XLS, DOC or CSV format.
System Settings
Customize order status by order or production type and configure custom email templates, tracking options and vendors.
Support
Online documentation and email ticket system is available for support.
