Software Sales Representative
PrintNow is a Web-enabled application that automates the ordering process between those who buy print products and those who sell them, anytime (24/7/365), from anywhere in the world. Originally founded in Springfield MA in 2003, PrintNow was established after years devoted to developing automated Web-to-Print Solutions. Seven core components: (Storefront, Online Editor, Merge Engine, Admin Tools, One-to-One Marketing, Integration API & PrintNow API) define the core PrintNow web-to-print software solution.
Because of our growth, we are hiring additional sales personnel to sell our suite of Web-to-Print products at PrintNow. Qualified candidates should have confirmed success in all phases of the sales process including developing relationships with key decision makers, forecasting sales, qualifying and assessing client’s needs, building and managing the sales pipeline, providing sales presentations via the web and in person, reacting to in-bound and trade show prospect leads, selling value-added software solutions, and closing the sale. Applicants must be able to contribute both individually and as part of a team.
Responsibilities include:
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
- Responsible for sales cycle from initial lead qualification, through sales negotiation, closing, and completing paperwork
- Participate in product demonstrations, seminars and trades shows
- Proactively work territory and/or accounts by prospecting, identifying and closing new business via phone and email
- Establish strong trusted relationships with business contacts and decision-makers
- Work with assigned IT to develop relationships with technical contacts, overcome technical obstacles and resolve any technical questions in order to close opportunities
- Document account history, opportunity details and requirements in companies CRM software
- Manage account/territory pipeline and accurate forecast
- Maintain awareness of market conditions and competitors' products
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company and PrintNow product line
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years proven experience in a quota carrying position selling software or related-IT solutions
- Must be a team player and self-starter, loyal, and able to take initiative
- Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, written and organizational skills required
- Previous experience with the use of a CRM Sales System
- Track record of creating new accounts and managing software sales cycle to close
- Experience developing and maintaining long term customer relationships
