Technical Support Representative


PrintNow is a Web-enabled application that automates the ordering process between those who buy print products and those who sell them, anytime (24/7/365), from anywhere in the world. Originally founded in Springfield MA in 2003, PrintNow was established after years devoted to developing automated Web-to-Print and Variable Data Solutions. Eight core components: (Storefront, Flex Editor, PhotoLibrary, Merge Engine, OrderDesk, TemplateBuilder, Admin Tools and PrintNowAPI) define the core PrintNow web-to-print software solution.

We are hiring additional technical support personal to manage incoming calls and emails for assistance in using our web-to-print software. This position also includes receiving and solving tickets from customers, as well as troubleshooting and escalating trouble tickets to the engineering team.


Responsibilities, skills, and experience:
  • Experience in a Technical Support desk position. This includes taking customer calls, solving issues, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a knowledge base
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree, certifications preferred
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer and Firefox
  • Experience with online applications
  • Experience providing excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of Indesign and Adobe Acrobat is preferred
  • Technical writing experience highly preferred
