Advanced Adobe Flex Interface

The Online Editor is extremely flexible in set up across a wide range of products within a licensed Storefront. The Admin has the option to expose advanced options like Page controls, Layouts, Backgrounds, Themes and Clipart as well as skinning it to match desired look and feel. The Flex Interface was built to support the most demanding features desired in both B2B and B2C deployments.

Dynamic Text Options

Text controls for editing font options such as size, style, alignment, leading, kerning, wrapping, color, positioning and rotation are fully configurable.

Dynamic Image Options

Creates optimized PDF documents on the fly directly from .NET that powers a wide range of workflow's. These include flexible variable data printing, print-on-demand PDF manufacturing and web-interactive content creation provided by the Online Editor component.

Storefront

Configure options like payment methods; require approvals, web page themes, font and image management. The Storefront set-up process demonstrated in the PrintNow application is quick and easy to administrate and designed to be straightforward for system administrators.

Users

Sets up user access to the Storefronts and Admin Tools and mange roles for each user in the system.

Product Manager

Manages all template layouts, backgrounds, themes, images, text, rules, categories, inventory items, fonts, and colors. PrintNow’s streamlined workflow means faster deployment with a turn-key solution.

Order Desk

Provides quick access to all orders placed within corporate and retail Store Fronts. Email notifications, job ticketing and access to press ready documents are made available.

Manages all pricing options including base price, order options, mailing price and promotion codes.

Data List Management

The Data List Management tools in PrintNow will allow your users to upload or purchase a targeted list online. The data widget developed by LeadsPlease is an affordable way to offer targeted direct mailing lists dynamically at incredibly fast speeds.

The promotional codes in PrintNow are a great way to increase your sales. Just announce the promo code on your site, email campaign or on your newsletter and see your sales increase. Support for monetary value, percent off or free shipping is made available with assigned expiration date, usage limit and minimum subtotal.

The Integration Service supports over 30 Web Services operations for use in a Storefront. When developing custom front ends this would be the first step in integrating with PrintNow.

This is a standard integration we provide to push and pull order, shipment and inventory data to and from your back office environment.

3^rd Party Shpping Cart Support

Some B2C customers have expressed interested in using 3rd party shopping carts as a alternative to switching 100% over to PrintNow. This option will allow any shopping cart you control source code to punch in and punch out of our Adobe Flex Online Editor.
