Enterprise Onboarding Overview
Enterprise Onboarding is designed for new customers licensing the PrintNow Enterprise software who want a customized implementation experience. With the help of an Onboarding Manager, you will receive dedicated guidance on how to integrate PrintNow with your existing systems and expand upon your current web-to-print efforts. As an Enterprise customer, your Onboarding will cover all advanced features and configurations.
- An assigned Onboarding Manager for the first 90 days from the start of your Printnow Enterprise Subscription Service
- An assigned Technical Consultant for the first 90 days from the start of your PrintNow Enterprise Subscription Service
- Enterprise Onboarding consists of up to twelve (12) hours of onboarding assistance via weekly webinar sessions.
Your Onboarding Manager shall provide:
- Assistance with the technical setup associated with the Enterprise PrintNow Software and any other PrintNow products purchased at the same time
- Advice and guidance on integrating a custom theme with PrintNow
- Advice and guidance on integrating your existing MIS or other systems with PrintNow
- Guidance on developing, managing and executing one (1) PrintNow Print Store
You will also receive on-going access to resources including:
- The PrintNow Support Team
- Certification courses, documentation, and training programs from the PrintNow Academy
